04 / Your questions
Before we begin.
How can I monitor construction from abroad in Goldogob?
Agree on a milestone schedule with photo or video updates and a short written or voice report at each stage. Many owners also appoint a trusted relative or an independent supervisor to visit the site.
What should I consider when building in Goldogob?
Goldogob is an inland town near the Ethiopia border. The dry inland climate and the border trade route keep supply within reach, with transport by road.
What is the biggest risk in remote supervision?
A gap between reported and actual progress, and funds released before work is verified. Tie each payment to a confirmed milestone and require dated photo or video evidence before the next stage.
