the plastering and painting in Hargeisa.
Hargeisa is a highland capital with a mild, dry climate and cooler nights than the coast. For construction, the milder highland air means less salt exposure than the coast, so standard finishes and frames last well, while the cooler nights make good roof insulation worth the cost.

04 / Your questions
Before we begin.
What does plastering and painting cover in Hargeisa?
Levelling the walls and finishing them, done after the plumbing and electrical so the finish is protected.
What should I consider when building in Hargeisa?
Hargeisa is a highland capital with a mild, dry climate and cooler nights than the coast. The milder highland air means less salt exposure than the coast, so standard finishes and frames last well, while the cooler nights make good roof insulation worth the cost.
Why do finishes come last?
So the painted walls are not damaged by the trades that come before them.
